I was looking for a flat to rent in Kings Langley for myself and my 10 year old daughter, as you can imagine this was quite stressful!! I found one which suited me and made contact with the lettings Manager Samantha at Proffitt & Holt, from then on the whole process took weeks and they could not of been more helpful to the extent where they made the flat available for me and my family to view in their own personal time. I was with Proffitt & Holt for 3.5 Years. Considering they where the first agents that looked after us at the property, it gave me high hopes that many Lettings agents would be like this. They responded back very quickly, during covid reassured us when it came to renewing contracts for another year. Whenever anything needed repairing and replacing, contractors where calling to arrange a date to book it in. I Genuinely can’t fault P&H Cat Creed was our main point of contact and never failed us throughout the whole 3.5 years. Samantha Hazel & Cat Creed are two names I won’t forget when it come to leaving the property. As I said I had high hopes when moving with a different company to a different property and location. I can honestly say the difference in service was awful. I won’t say which company I went with but 7/8 months later and I’ve already got back in contact with P&H to move back in to Watford and be under P&H as my lettings agent.

I will start by saying that a house purchase is always a stressful process, however, we were lucky to meet, be guided and looked after by John Armstrong and Clare Foley. When we had any question or raised a concern, John and Clare literally jumped on the phone, gathered the information and within minutes, we had an answer. I would not have a second thought in choosing P&H in the future and would recommend them to anyone who want to have a seamless purchase/sale. PS: they have even thought to prepare a personalised gift for us when we have been handed the keys. Totally unexpected, useful and tasty gift

We had an excellent experience dealing with Sean, Roshele, Irfan and the team to sell and buy two properties in Watford. Professional, communicative and responsive from the start and determined when necessary to allow us to get a deal through before the stamp duty window closed. Roshele in particular was a superstar when it came to chasing tardy solicitors in order to get the deal done. The only point to note is that if you want anything done in a hurry, avoid using their recommended partner solicitors, two doors down on the parade. Far better solicitors are available in Watford. All around excellent experience, looking forward to using again.

Proffitt and Holt made the purchase of our house straight forward and quick. Roshele in particular was informative and easy to speak to. She made sure the sale of my flat and the purchase of the house exchanged and completed very quickly. I will recommend Proffitt and Holt to everyone looking for an efficient estate agent.

I dealt with Paul Thomson at their Watford Office and found nothing but help, support and efficiency leading to a successful sale within 2 weeks. Also during the entire sales process Paul and his colleagues were always available. All in all a wonderfully professional experience and would thoroughly recommend them.
