EweMove Leighton Buzzard

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Nicole and Izabela for their professionalism in the way my tenancy was handled. They provided an excellent service and were very knowledgable in tenancy rules and regulations. They will be my go to agency should I ever decide to rent again in Watford.

We are in the process of relocating to London and came across Nicole at Proffitt & Holt who was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She was completely understanding of our needs when looking around a prospective property (as we couldn’t visit ourselves, we sent family instead) and has been very helpful answering all our questions. Our experience so far has been nothing but easy, and we are extremely grateful for that as relocating can be very stressful.

What a difference an agency makes! Having (unfortunately) been with another agency to sell our property without success and luke warm servuce, we were delighted to get such a refreshingly professional, honest and friendly approach from Sian and her team. We knew we were in safe hands from the moment we met her. Imagine our delight when we not only achieved a figure we were happy with but also a very smooth, stress free and reliable process to completion. Sian was totally on the ball, kept us in the loop throughout and handled our numerous questions with a lovely smile and good grace at every turn. Would highly recommend her and P&H Watford.

A really excellent service - strong marketing and a very good sales progression team. Honest and transparent throughout, which made the process of selling our house straightforward and without smoke and mirrors. We will use again and highly recommended.

I am really happy with the professionalism of Proffitt & Holt. I have been shown couple of houses by Lesley Closier, and she is the sweetest and best agent I have met so far. She is very thorough and doesn't rush you during the viewing, also doesn't enforce any thing. Gives enough time during the viewing and understands the human emotion.

We couldn't be any more happier with the service we have received from Proffitt & Holt Partnership. Izabela and team have always gone above and beyond to show us properties that are right for us, and to successfully complete the rent of our property. We cannot thank the whole team enough for their professionalism, personal touch and kindness throughout the whole process.

I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received from Proffitt and Holt for nearly three years. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Throughout the entire tenancy period, their service was impeccable and conducted with professionalism. I want to extend special commendation to Chantel for her professional assistance with all of my requests. Thank you all, you are truly outstanding!

We've had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole Glover who has looked after us and our property for a number of years. Nicole really is amazing and goes the extra mile, not resting until she settles the issue. I get a strong feeling from Nicole that she really is there to bridge the gap between the landlord and the tenant, working diligently to achieve a win-win for both sides. The simple truth is that she cares, had great knowledge of the market and is laser focused on a positive outcome. As well as all of this, she's particularly patient and in my case extremely good at handling forgetful landlords (like me), using tact and gentle persuasion to remind of actions and guide through decisions. More recently she was integral and impeccable in achieving an important matter with our apartment. Thank you Nicole, you are a rare breed and a reassurance that smart, caring people are still out there. Mike
