Abbey House
The apartment is well maintained and the appliances provided work well. Apart from the occasional isolated incidents, the block is quite peaceful, except for the sounds that would be expected from a busy city centre. On the whole, the communal areas are clean and tidy. The day to day living here is quite relaxed. The main problem I have is that of car parking, but I was aware of that before I moved in. On the whole it is fairly pleasant living here and is good value.

Really proffesional
I have been renting from them since July 2017 and could not be more satisfied. They are really professional and keeps their word. They are quick to solve any maintenance issue

Lovely staff, very professional
I've been with reliance since 2014 and they have been absolutely fantastic. The apartment I rented from them was in a great condition when I moved in. They are very prompt to sort out any issues with my apartment. There is always someone to talk to in case of any emergency situations which is always dealt with promptly and quickly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic Service
I have used Reliance Properties for a number of years now. I have used both the sales and Lettings services. All the staff have been excellent in dealing with all matters regarding my properties. Would definitely Recommend them for all property services.

Excellent staff, very responsive and extremely professional
The staff were very helpful in answering all my queries and fulfilled all the requests and suggestions I made about the property I was renting. Very pleased with the service and happy that I approached them in the first place. I would recommend Reliance Properties for letting houses in the Leicester area.
