I was extremely happy and satisfied with Katie's professional and prompt help in letting the property starting from the viewing, explaining every step till singing the documents. She is quite rapidly responsive to the feedbacks and emails which made the agreement much more easier. She explained everything ; maintenance requests, sitting up new accounts and even getting me the keys at the property... Thank you so much Katie
