Theyre completely trained in scamming students, from start to finish all thats been happening in is them trying to get as much money out of us. We kept getting different prices of the deposit and rent, higher than what we were being told, no one even came to clean the house before we moved in, yet when my flatmate was finishing her contract the first time they attempted multiple times to charge her for cleaning.The student lettings peoperty manager even told me (after waiting for a year after the end of my tenancy) that my flatmate asked for my deposit to be used to pay her rent arrears!!

If you are a student (or anyone else for that matter) AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Boiler had to be fixed every other week resulting in countless days without heating, and no compassion from Nicholas humphreys. Tried scamming us out of deposit money for problems that were not present when our tenancy ended. Shameless. More

The worst estate agent, completely unprofessional and unresponsive, they come into the house completely unannounced without the legal 24 hour notice required. Never willing to help, never answer their emails or phones, never renting a house from Nicholas Humphreys again. Rented a student house with friends, my room wasn't finished when I first moved in with decorating stuff everywhere (no compensation received). When chasing deposit during COVID, I was overpaid and had to send the money back. My fellow tenants have had delay after delay in getting their deposits back, despite repeated phone calls from myself with assurances that the deposits had been sent back and would be with us shortly still no end. Strikes me as really unprofessional and in-efficient. Based on my experience really wouldn't recommend.

The worst ever experience from a student estate agent. DO NOT USE. The following reasons: Tried to scam us out of our deposit - if you're a tough cookie you can bully them back to get some. Viewing times are given as such - this afternoon 9-5. Not 24 hours before, not specific time. Asked us to break lockdown which is illegal to return keys during covid era. No flexibility on Covid. Tried to charge extra rent when unable to return keys due to covid - absolute scum.
