Absolute terrible estate agents and houses. Tried ripping us off out of EXTRA rent money of £1309 which we didnt need to pay. Broken washing machine, lights, broken shower tiles which are sharp Would NOT RECOMMEND to any students thinking to rent a house out in DMU or Leicester area Landlord is terrible as well

Worst experience, they were misleading, they kept changing the person who was in charge of the house I rented ad wen they changed that person the information about the house and payments would change as well. upon arriving at the house at the beginning the place wasn't cleaned, there was poor communication and even after proof of evidence of the way the house was when I met it, they still took my deposit. Due to the fact that it was a new person handing everything. The communication is only good when you ae viewing the places but once I signed the contract things went downhill.

Dreadful year in my property and can't wait to move out! Problem after problem not being fixed; mould, damp, holes in roof, leaks, broken carpets/windows/lights, hygiene of the property is vile. Not happy at all! Not worth the rent! Staff were helpful however nothing really ever got fixed, I'm a month away from moving out and still an A4 sheet full of problems

received very poor service. I have been put through real stress due to staff not dealing with issues i keep phoning and asking for staff to return my calls, they say they will but never do and i am trying my hardest to resolve an issue with them.
