Rented a student house with friends, my room wasn't finished when I first moved in with decorating stuff everywhere (no compensation received). When chasing deposit during COVID, I was overpaid and had to send the money back. My fellow tenants have had delay after delay in getting their deposits back, despite repeated phone calls from myself with assurances that the deposits had been sent back and would be with us shortly still no end. Strikes me as really unprofessional and in-efficient. Based on my experience really wouldn't recommend.
