Every interaction with them was smooth, and they were always quick to respond and resolve any concerns. Problem with the laundry machine? A technician who fixed it was present at my flat the day after I reported an issue. Problem with the oven? They have ordered a new one. Problem with the water cylinder? Technician was at my place a day after the report. My relationship with them has been the best I’ve experienced with any agency. It’s unfortunate that their flats are in such high demand; I was eager to continue renting through them but couldn’t secure another property due to their quick turnover.
