I sold my house though Northwood. Karen was my primary contact and she was honestly amazing. People keep telling me that moving house is stressful, but I had a great time with Karen and am now settled into my new home. I will actually miss our conversations.

Excellent service from the outset. Thank you Daniel and Andy! Kept us fully informed. Found tenants, completed required checks/docs in super quick time, so very short void which gave us chance to sort the apartment out. All queries answered promptly and thoroughly. Now Daniel is successfully managing the property for us. Couldn't be better. Highly recommend.

Northwood are a very friendly and professional estate agents. Adam, Jade and Tyler are the dream team ! Adam gave me great advice about how to make my flat attractive to tenants. Jade found me the perfect person and sorted out the contract and my tenant's move in .....seamlessly. Tyler made sure I received my rental account invoice asap and my first months rent hit my account today - the day my tenant moved in ! I have used Northwood before to sell a rental property and I cannot recommend them enough.

Northwood has probably been the best estate agents I’ve joined with within the last year. They’ve understood my frustration in the property that I was living in at the time. They’re very responsive and respectful, the respect I’ve had has been unbelievable. The fast service for minor services has been a quick response.
