Karen helped us through the selling process, which was very tortuous because of problems with my solicitor, but she was always on hand to help the process along, and going above and beyond the work an estate agent would normally do, and again very friendly along the way! An excellent service from Adam in getting our offer accepted on the flat we were buying, and amazing help from Charlotte who dealt with everything through to completion and who's knowledge was amazing. No question was too 'silly' and their responsiveness was excellent, always replying the same day, either by email or telephone - this made us feel we were 'in the loop' at all times.
