Getting viewings booked was simple. It's handled online with email reminders. The application process was done in a few hours over email and through a referencing service. As self-employed director I had to connect my bank account, upload payslips and get my accountant to fill out a form which was easy enough. The handover process has been painless. I got my keys and a goodie bag! I've been emailed my tenancy agreement, all the certificates for the property and a detailed inventory which I've needed to check. Jade has been particularly helpful with quick responses to any queries I've had and I'd recommend working with Northwood in futue.

I was struggling to get my flat let with a previous agent I've had a longstanding relationship with. A neighbour recommended northwood and I got the introduction by Adam. Adam, Daniel and the rest of the team were very attentive to my requests and delivered a very professional service with the utmost urgency and ended up delivering with a tenant. I look forward to carrying on working alongside the northwood team.
