We’ve had a great experience with Northwood over the last year of our tenancy. They are super responsive, thoughtful and helpful. Whenever we have had issues with the property (e.g washing machine broke), they supported us and came to a solution very quickly. Jade has particularly been great throughout!

Booking viewings with Northwood is far simpler than with any other estate agents I’ve dealt with. The automated system meant there was no endless back-and-forth, and missing each others calls! Emily was friendly, genuine, and transparent during the property viewing, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a smooth and stress-free process!

We chose Northwood as the agent for a probate sale, from the outset they were helpful and professional. Richard guided us through the process without pressure and once engaged facilitated viewings and ensured the marketing collateral showed the house to its best advantage. When we reached offer stage Charlotte was amazing, she kept us updated & really went the extra mile to relay messages and paperwork between us and the vendor, when the initial sale fell through Northwood gave us the time we needed to assess our options before supporting us to find a new buyer. Yet again, Charlotte was great at keeping us up to date and chivying things along. The nature of this sale meant it was hard for us at times but all the employees at Northwood worked together to make it as easy as possible and guide us through the process.
