Recently sold through a northwood. Excellent estate agents! Matthews and Abbi were both amazing and went above and beyond to do whatever they could.

Initially I felt that I was not being kept up to date with things but having had a word to that effect I couldn't have been happier with their service. They carefully answered any of my questions and responded promptly.

We recently sold our house and received an average service from Northwood Leeds. Nothing was done badly, but as our house was sold before it even went to market and they didn't really have much to do, it wasn't done to the best of their ability. It's difficult to get hold of your named contact as they don't have direct numbers, email addresses or mobiles and when they take a message it can take hours for them to call back. Our chain was a nightmare from start to finish and they did nothing additional to help with that, other than take messages, whereas the other agents in the chain were much more forthcoming. We were told on the day of exchange of contracts that our buyer was considering pulling out by email, which was really frustrating as something that important should have been discussed verbally over the phone. Other than that they did what was expected, and were polite and professional. They did find us a very good first time buyer and we were pleased in the end that we completed on our sale and moved.

They deserve 2 star for poor customer handling...... Which is not upto the mark.......

Not impressed with this company. Never anyone to answer the phone. Went to one viewing that had a sales guy who didn't really care. The property looked nothing like the pictures. Waste of my time. Won't be using this company again.

I was really keen on viewing a property and got in touch with Northwood well in advance. They messed me about when trying to organise said viewing (agreeing to a time, cancelling it, taking ages to get back to me regarding another time) so someone else ended up getting an application in first. Just struck me as disorganised and not on top of things.
