Fantastic service. Great price. Excellent communication. Pleasant staff. After renting through Northwood for the past year I can honestly say that they have been nothing but exceptional. From first meeting them at the viewing, to checking out, their friendly and honest service was something that made us feel comfortable and valued as tenants. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, and if there were anything we needed or asked for, the service we received was second to none. I would highly recommend Northwood to anyone. It is a shame that they don't let properties out in our new area.

We are landlords with a lot of experience in managing property ourselves and through agents. Having decided to have our properties let by agents to free up our time we took on an agent who was so bad she called on us to sort out a difficult tenant. We were so angry with this experience that we were convinced that agents were a waste of space. We shared this with another landlord who recommended Northwood. After we put our property in their hands - it was a revelation!! The level or expertise, breadth of knowledge and a true understanding of the business left us with complete peace of mind, knowing our property was being looked after by professionals. There are cheaper agents, but having experienced one, it is best to sleep at night knowing Northwood are in charge.
