We've recently completed a sale with Northwood and their service was impeccable. We needed to sell our house quickly to secure a property we'd put an offer in on and from valuation to sale, Northwood sold out property at asking price in 3 weeks! Charlotte, our sale negotiator, was also super helpful during the stressful process of completion and supported us to chase various solicitors in the chain when potential delays arose. I my property out via Northwood four years and have been very satisfied with the service I received. I decided to sell the property and Emily supported in the first stage of the process. I was very impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness, even staying in touch with everyone who put in an offer because we needed to have those contacts because the first sale fell through. When the sale had been agreed Emily passed over the file to Charlotte who manged it to completion. It was far from easy as there were a lot of hurdles but she remained professional and calm, supporting the process to the end. There were times when I wanted to pull out of the sale and relet the property but Emily was confident that we could complete and even though the timeframes moved she got it across the line, supported by our super legal team at Levi's Solicitors. I have been very impressed with the support I have received from everyone at Northwood and would defiantly use their services I decide to move again - although that won't be a long time!
