A fabulous agent in every way! From the off a very professional & helpful estate agent, with non of the unnecessary sales patter! Spot on valuation, very competitive fee but also followed by the best sales & marketing package & process to drive the receipt of the best sale offers. Comprehensive, with very quick response times to negotiate and manage the entire sale process, ensuring all parties are kept informed and driving the sale forward to completion. Hopefully not the norm - but sadly when you encounter the “buyer from hell” Northwood take their management and responsibility to a whole new level, actually going above and beyond what would be considered the norm. to achieve a completion, despite constant obstacles being thrown in by the buyer & their “team”! In summary a very professional, comprehensive house selling service at a really great price considering the extra mile (and then some) taken to achieve an really great house sale price through to completion Big thumbs up to Northwood Leeds, in particular the team members involved!! 👍👍
