Stress-free and painless experience, Thanks to Reece Land and Martin & Co Leeds City

Thank you so much Reece for taking your time and helping me with all the processes related to renting this studio in Manor mills. I found the property with the help of Matthew who was helping me with my relocation and had seen a few apartments prior to our meeting which honestly was not really pleasant.😅 The house is really nice, cosy, well maintained and hygienic (which was my major concern after viewing few houses earlier). Also, Thanks for being patient with me and answering all my queries throughout the process. I was a bit nervous as it is my first time renting in the UK and you made sure that everything went well without any complications. I appreciate your help and guidance. I would highly recommend anyone to go for Martin & Co Leeds City, and Reece land as their letting negotiator without any doubt.

Reply from Martin & Co Leeds City: Dear Divay, We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Reece. Ensuring a smooth, reassuring rental process, especially for first-time renters, is our top priority. Your recommendation means the world to us. Welcome to your new home at Manor Mills, and thank you for choosing Martin & Co Leeds City. Warm regards, The Martin & Co Leeds Team.

Hafeez Saeed

A quick note to say how brilliant Hafeez has been since taking over management of my property. Whilst I am very happy with Martin and Co in general, since Hafeez has taken over day to day responsibility it has made my life a lot easier. When a problem occurs he will firstly call, identifying the issue, provided a solution and then follow up with an email. As a landlord this removes the admin burden and I can rely on Hafeez to sort the problem in a time and cost efficient manner.

Reply from Martin & Co Leeds City: We are thrilled to hear about the great service Hafeez has been providing. We take pride in the excellent care we provide to our clients and strive to ensure all their needs are met. We know how important it is for landlords to trust that their property is in the best hands. We are glad your experience with us has been a positive one. Thank you for your wonderful review.

Excellent communication

As a first time renter, Martin and Co have gone above and beyond to ensure my move went as smoothly as possible.
