As a parent of one of martin and co's tenants I found the whole thing from start to finish a total fiasco, unfriendly, unhelpful and a total waste of time. Staff unreliable, never return phone calls, the so called property manager Mr Gondal is about as useful as a wet tissue with false promises of calling back which never happened and trying to put a complaint in to who ever is the owner is an impossible task as you are met with a frozen blockade. This company is a total waste of time, posh offices but a second rate service, dont trust them and especially dont leave a bond as you have no chance of getting it back, im sure there is something untoward going on with monies here? Stay Away and go to a trustworthy letting agent.

Unfortunately deposits can be a contentious area of tenancies, we do however register deposits with the government backed scheme (The Deposit Protection Service), we use Independent Inventory Clerks to conduct all inventories and checkouts, and do provide tenants with full details of any deductions we suggest from their deposit.
Where possible we do refund deposits back in full to outgoing tenants, regrettably this is not always possible. We are continuously trying to improve ourselves and hope that by having a conversation with you we will be able to address your concerns and make the necessary changes to our business.
