Martin & Co Leeds City

Excellent Service

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a place to live for quite a while, then we found out about Martin and Co. As soon as we viewed our apartment the agent that showed around told us to phone in the office, and Marcus picked up the phone, from the very start Marcus gave us all the right information, answered all of our questions when we weren't sure about things and made us feel comfortable in doing so. Thank you very much for the wonderful service, would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic

moving house is always stressful, but it's felt like a walk in the park with Marcus at Martin and co! Any questions I had, or even answers I hadn't thought of were promptly given! Such friendly service, any updates during the process were notified to me very quickly!!

Really helpful and friendly, made it an easy experience

Meshach managed my rental agreement for me. He responded to all of my queries really quickly and was always polite and helpful.

Excellent Sales Negotiator

John was an excellent Sales Negotiator for my purchase. Really prompt at escalating issues and kept me informed at every stage. Highly recommended

As a landlord, I have been very happy with the way that this agent has managed both our apartments in Leeds since 2011. The staff are friendly and professional, and I believe that they provide the best service possible for both the landlord and the tenant.

Superb level of service.

Claire has managed our properties in Leeds for approximately 18 months and I cannot rate her highly enough. Communication and attention to detail are key, and Claire achieves this with ease., and always with great courtesy and professionalism. We are travelling abroad long-term and have left our properties in the very capable hands of Claire and the wider Martin and Co team in Leeds. We are never in any doubt of their commitment.

Very Helpful and understanding

Michael was very understanding and helpful with finding the right house for myself and 3 work colleagues to share. He also helped with the handover and was very thorough and made sure it all went smoothly. Thanks Michael!

Great efficient service...totally professional

I am very happy with the service and professionalism from Martin & Co - as an international landlord, they have made my life very easy. Highly recommended agent.

Good Service over many years

Lauren and John have both been of great help to me in the lettings and management of my two apartments in Citispace, over a period of several years. I am highly appreciative of their kind attention and their "nothing is too much trouble' attitude. Thanks again. Chris Loxley-Ford
