Rebecca was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I was having trouble accessing the bin storage because my own letting agency didn’t know the access code or even where the bin storage was located. Rebecca, along with her colleague, quickly helped resolve this issue despite the fact that I’m not one of their tenants.
