Martin & Co have been amazing. I had very specific criteria for an apartment I wanted in Leeds and a tight timeline. They managed to find the place and helped everything go through very smoothly and efficiently. The sales agent, Ryan, was fabulous, friendly and professional and I was really pleased with the communication and extra time and energy spent on seeing this through. WOULD RECOMMEND

Choosing a property management agent is very hit and miss…my previous experience was a large miss leaving me with a flood damaged apartment…then I spoke to Sue at Martin &Co who took control of my problem ….facilitated the properties repair and looked after the tenant…I now feel confident that with Sue I have a hands off property investment…..experience is the best recommendation that I can give.
