They go the extra mile. The boss is a fantastic lady who helped me when my housemate of 1 month lost his job and turned out to be secretly in thousands of £ worth of debt before moving in with me. He left the house and was later replaced with a couple of my friends. The organisation in whole have put a lot of trust in me and I thank them for getting me out of such an awful predicament. The only complaint I have is each member of staff is almost like "on their own island" and I feel should either have their own extension numbers so tennants can contact the person that actually 'knows of them' rather then ringing the office and having the receiver of your call asking round the office for the relevant person for you
