I recently sold my house with Onwards & Upwards and can't thank them enough for their help and support throughout. Bev & Lynn were brilliant from start to finish and I am so grateful to them. Bev was fantastic and showed me great care and kindness when initially valuing & photographing the house to put on the market. And Lynn was very knowledgable and very understanding throughout the sale and was always very efficient with any queries, knowing she was just at the end of the phone really put my mind at rest. Lynn recently dealt with the purchase of our first home – she maintained regular contact throughout and was both super friendly and professional. She helped us understand the home buying process an even made recommendations for gas/electric engineers when they were required. They go the extra mile. The boss is a fantastic lady who helped me when my housemate of 1 month lost his job and turned out to be secretly in thousands of £ worth of debt before moving in with me. He left the house and was later replaced with a couple of my friends. The organisation in whole have put a lot of trust in me and I thank them for getting me out of such an awful predicament. The only complaint I have is each member of staff is almost like "on their own island" and I feel should either have their own extension numbers so tennants can contact the person that actually 'knows of them' rather then ringing the office and having the receiver of your call asking round the office for the relevant person for you
