She was very professional, approachable and knowledgeable throughout, which gave us the confidence that we had made the right choice. The price was also better than a number of other quotes that we had obtained. As soon as our house was on the market, Melanie handled the viewings, feedback, negotiations and sale updates. She went far far beyond what we expected. Always quick to respond to an email (even out of office hours) and took the initiative in chasing other parties to keep things moving along, which took away a lot of pressure. We can???t thank the whole team enough and can???t recommend them enough.
