I am a landlord and use the full management service. I recently had a client who left the property without proper notice. And, even worse, had left it in a disgusting and really dirty condition. He had smoked inside and the place absolutely stank of smoke and there were tar marks on the walls. Due to the Covid crisis, the agency had not been able to access the property to carry out their usual checks. The agency were extremely helpful and thing were sorted out brilliantly. The property is now once again in an excellent condition and I am awaiting a credit check before the next tenant moves in. I dealt mostly with Tracey, who has been fantastic, but all the staff have never been anything other than totally professional, friendly and helpful.
