All the information we needed was relayed to us immediately and fully explained even though our sale had been challenging for all parties multiple times. A tennant was secured within hours of putting it up for rent and a very reasonable management package was confirmed. When it came to selling the same situation occurred. A buyer had made an offer within one week and completed with minimal issues a few months later. I would be happy to recommend Belvoir and would use them again for any future property issues.
