We had a great experience with Belvoir. Everyone involved with the sale and letting of our apartment from the start couldn't have helped more. The agents were all super helpful and happy to help at all times. All the information we needed was relayed to us immediately and fully explained even though our sale had been challenging for all parties multiple times. A tennant was secured within hours of putting it up for rent and a very reasonable management package was confirmed. When it came to selling the same situation occurred. A buyer had made an offer within one week and completed with minimal issues a few months later. I would be happy to recommend Belvoir and would use them again for any future property issues.

Everyone at Belvoir is lovely and incredibly helpful. First time tenant so very unsure of the process but Katie and Emily made it very easy. I got viewings within a week of calling. The viewings were at my own pace and very thorough in comparison to other letting agents. There was no pressure in the process and they answered all queries and addressed a small concern within the property.
