James Morton is the best agent
We recently sold our flat in Leamington Spa thanks to James Morton. He is professional, experienced in the market and took time to truly understand the value of our property. The result was he secured 3 offers in the first week! The previous estate agents had the property for a year with only a few viewings and no offers. we couldn't be happier with James! We Exchanged contracts with a high offer and all went smoothly. We wish we could just work with James to buy another property no matter who the agent of sale. He's the best!

Great service
Nathaniel Cleaver recently handled our offers & subsequent purchase of a repossessed property for my daughters. They were busy working & I live approx 250 miles away but felt secure in his handling of the negotiations & particularly grateful & impressed with how easy it was to speak to him in comparison with other past estate agents I've dealt with. Purchasing a repossessed property is by no means easy but Nathaniel was helpful supportive & efficient throughout the process & today my girls become the proud owners of their first home!
