The Belvoir team sold our house recently. They were extremely proactive, gave us the best price and produced some superb photos and a video. They were always on hand to answer questions etc and nothing was too much trouble. The star of the show was Ashton, as our sale was a little messy to say the least. She managed the whole operation (chaos) with utmost calm, and kept the different solicitors and the buyers all under control and informed as required. As Ashton is now being assisted by Jo, I can only see things getting even better. So it’s a massive thanks to John, Conner, Alfie, Ashton and Jo.

I was searching for rental family house from India before moving to UK, I knew there is high demand and waiting even for viewing the property, I came across Belvoir Estate & Lettings Agency Leamington Spa through Rightmove, the process of viewing the property was done only when i was physically available to view the property. Belvoir has a strict policy on this, same goes with other letting agencies. My letting process was smooth from viewing appointment till keys handover.
