Fantastic Experience

A friendly and professional service from start to finish

Letting agency does their job
I lived in a flat managed by Martin&co for four years. The flat was managed well in most cases, but I would have liked more beforehand information on what external contractors were going to do in the flat when, for example, electric installations were done. Once I came in late in the evening from work, and an electrician had removed most of the ceiling lamps during the day as a part of some modernisation work that had not been explained to me in detail. Other than that, everything worked as promised and issues were always sorted out.
