From the initial visit by Michelle who spent considerable time looking over the property and then going through various aspects of the marketing strategy and the state of the property market at the time and then through the various viewings leading up to an offer I have felt informed and involved throughout. Once we were in the period of pre-contract enquiries JDG liaised regularly with me and kept me up to date with progress and any queries which arose. Similarly when we were in the run up to exchange of contracts and completion I was regularly updated and reassured as to progress and always felt supported and involved in the process while being given unpressured and sound advice. In all my involvement with JDG they were extremely professional and efficient but also friendly and approachable. Additionally reassuring is the positive relationship they have with the solicitors I used and this was a most effective partnership in achieving a successful sale. I cannot fault the estate agent. Louise was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. She emailed me updates and supported me when there were miscommunications with the solicitors. There was no requirement for phone calls and all communication after the initial offer was through email - I am autistic, so this is what made the process possible for me. All in all a very positive experience.
