I had the pleasure of viewing the most stunning house with Claire yesterday. I have had a lot of experience with estate agents and I can honestly say she was the best, completely natural, super friendly, not pressurising and made the whole experience very enjoyable, if only every agent was like this! I would predict that all the other sales negotiators here would probably be exactly the same, also they provide a fabulous video on the online particulars which is so helpful, most agents videos are just reproductions of the photos but this is a walk around one showing all different angles of every room and the gardens, genius, why isn’t every estate agent like this?
