Hello. I don't often write reviews but sometimes am compelled to do so when the service warrants it (good or bad). We met Clare Black whilst she was working at the Lambourn Branch, she was extremely approachable and quite frankly a joy to go through trying to purchase a property in such difficult times, at no time did she put any pressure on us, despite being extremely busy with other customers and would answer and return missed calls promptly and in fact he gave us support and friendship without losing any professionalism.sadly, we was outbid and the search continues. Clare has now moved to the Newbury branch, where I am confident I will meet the same standard set by the Lamborne branch. Jones Robinson Estate Agents, IMHO are doing a brilliant job and giving estate agents a great name We would highly recommend Jones Robinson Estate Agent and they should consider themselves to be very lucky to have her as part of the team. I would also like to add my personal thanks to Jo and Toyah in the Lamborn office who were always friendly and helpful and even knew the address of the house I was trying to ask about via my awful description, even if I didn't. I feel confident these ladies will try their very best to find me a home.
