From start to finish the agents at their Lambourn office were efficient, friendly and very informative. My house was actually sold before they had even put it on the market, due to a customer being told in passing by them that it was about to come on the market. That particular sale fell through, with no fault of Jones Robinson, but the buyer was refused a mortgage at the last minute. They immediately got my house on the market, and after approximately 10 viewings, it was again sold at full asking price, within weeks. I have now moved into my new home, and hope the buyers of mine have a lovely life in their new home as well. Attended a viewing in Lambourn with Carrie. Also completed on a first time purchase (see edit). We already had a clear idea of what the property would be like thanks to the video tour provided on the listing. Carrie did a great job of showing us around, highlighting details and responding to a copious number of questions, including providing some insight into how other similar properties in the area have been developed. Edit: I have now completed on a different property, also through Jones Robinson. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all of the ladies at Jones Robinson Lambourn for going the extra mile to make sure I was provided with every bit of information I could have required during my (quite daunting) first purchase. They made the effort to remain in constant contact after every new development, and kept me feeling in the loop about the events in our long 6-property chain. The ladies in the Lambourn office are exceptional! We have been searching for a property since June and we've had wonderful assistance from Kay, Carrie, Toyah and Jo. Kay provides us with regular updates about newly listed properties and you can really tell that she has thought about the suitability of the properties she shares (so many agents bombard you with properties that are roughly in your price bracket, no matter how unsuitable they are). The service we have received from Kay has been very personal from the start and you can tell she takes immense pride in her work and is motivated to find the perfect properties for her clients. She shares insightful advice during viewings and it's always a pleasure to see her. We have also received a wonderful service from Carrie. We recently arranged two back-to-back viewings with Carrie and she kindly squeezed in a third. Carrie also has helpful advice and is a pleasure to spend time with. We came away with a clearer idea of what we are searching for and at no point were we rushed along during the viewings (which is a common occurrence with various other estate agencies). Carrie is very patient and personable. We have also had viewings with Toyah, who is friendly, well-informed and happy to answer questions. Toyah's videos have been extremely useful in deciding which properties to view as they give a very realistic impression of how the properties look upon a physical viewing. We are still searching for a property and when we find the right one, we sincerely hope it is marketed with the Lambourn office of Jones Robinson as we can't imagine a nicer team of ladies to work with! We enquired about a property with JR having had a very unhappy experience with a previous attempt to buy. From the start Toyah and Jo were professional , responsive and friendly and thanks to their efficiency we were able to go from first enquiry to exchange in less than 4 weeks. We don’t plan to move again for a very long time, but Jones Robinson would be the people I would call should plans change.
