Every single one of the team combined professionalism, integrity and efficiency with a genuine warmth - at no point did I ever feel like I was 'just another buyer'. It was an incredibly difficult purchase with problems from all other directions, but the Jones Robinson team were the ones who kept everything going and made it all work out in the end, even when I thought it would all fall through.
