If estate agents have a bad reputation, then Jones Robinson in Lambourn is a total exception. Buying a house is supposedly one of the most stressful things we go through, right up there with death and divorce. But the team in Lambourn has completely taken away all the stress of buying me a new house. Toyah Leonard has been keeping me in the loop on everything that’s going on, even getting in touch with my solicitor when I couldn’t reach him myself. She even went as far as to get permission to have some new furniture delivered to the house before the completion date. I also need to give a shoutout to Jo and Kay, who know exactly what’s happening if I call or drop by the office and Toyah isn’t around. They’re the real deal!!

I don't normally give reviews and of all the groups of people who thought I might break this habit for, estate agents were not amongst them. However, Jones Robinson - and in particular Jo Schedler and Toyah Leonard have done a superb and complete job of not only securing a buyer for my property but also shepherding through the entire chain and dealing with changes and dramas throughout the extended process until it reached a successful conclusion.
