I write this review specifically to rave about Lettings Manager, Sonia De Abreu. I am trying to orchestrate an international move to London from the USA, and I had heard horror stories about letting agents. Sadly, many of them were confirmed when I visited to try and flat-hunt... Until there was Sonia! Her responsiveness, knowledge, and attention provided an immediate wave of relief and ease. She also had something that I did not anticipate I would need so badly - empathy and warmth. I knew the process would be stressful, but in a highly competitive market and several "almost, but no" attempts at finding a home (my having a cat proved challenging for landlords), Sonia was kind and patient. I am close to settling on a gorgeous flat and being able to finally get excited about my move - in no small part, thanks to Sonia. I am truly, truly grateful and would recommend her in the highest regard to someone in a position like mine.

I used Dexter Kingston to buy my flat and rent out, for the five years I had them I never missed one days rent. They are very professional and work well between departments, they made move in and out smooth and trouble free. This time Sonia found a new tenant within a week once the previous tenant gave notice. I am totally happy with their service and will continue use them as my agent.

Superb service from both Amelia and Will, we were 3 properties short on a project with 2 weeks to go and nothing on the market!!. Will managed to find 3 properties that had been off market and persuade the landlords to let them to us, Amelia then pulled out all the stops to get them ready for my clients to move in on the agreed date. We will definitely be using them again for future projects in the Kingston area.
