I used Dexter for the first time this year. Based on the results, they delivered and introduced me to the right tenant. However, they can improve even more by double-checking draft contracts and email communications.

We were very pleased with the service received from the Dexters Kingston team when selling our property. Harry Khan gave us some great advice to help us secure an offer and Emily Healey managed the process to exchange for us, making sure the buyer had all the information they requested quickly. Joshua Evans has been excellent help throughout the whole process of renting a property. Veiwing properties and then going ahead and making offers and renting a property was all a very new experience for me but, Joshua has been very helpful, giving us lots of information about different things to help us make informed decisions.
