I have just exchanged on a property in Kingston after about nine months of delays due to the bottom rung of quite a long chain. The two Estate Agents I have dealt with (Emily Healey and David Fisher) have both been excellent. Emily initially showed me around the property and was very knowledgeable and helpful in my subsequent negotiations with the sellers about fixtures and fittings. David has been endlessly persistent in moving the sale on and keeping me informed regularly by phone and email. They have been professional, positive and unfailingly polite even when I was getting increasingly fraught by the lack of progress. I can't recommend them and Dexters more highly.
