I have found Dexters to be very professional and a great help when it came to renting out my property in Kingston. Making the decision to rent your home out is not something to be taken lightly but Sonia and Amelia made the whole process incredibly simple and pain free. They managed to find me a tenant within the first week of it being on the market and for the asking price. Im very happy to have put my trust in Dexters!

We are satisfied with Dexters in Kingston. The person we dealt with, Ben Surman , was extremely professional throughout . From first attending and assessing our needs to rent in the Kingston area , to showing us the property we rented. He was very thorough in relaying our doubts to the landlord , influencing amendments to the house so it was ready on time for our move.
