Hi Ben Thanks for your email. Yes - We should exchange next week. I appreciate this is less than ideal for Dexters, however wanted to put in writing how impressed I was with Frankie’s professionalism whilst seeking our instruction this year. He came across very well, contacting us at appropriate times following conversations whilst on the market with other agents. On instruction, Frankie and the team moved quickly to get involved and conducted an impressive amount of viewings.
