Signing up with Dexter’s agency to rent a property has been hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made . They way they look after tenants are excellent. What makes our experience even better is the lovely property manager Joanna Dear , she is always there to help and Any property issues are resolved immediately. We never have to wait for something to be repaid for more than 24 hours . My partner and I are always very pleasantly surprised how promptly Joanna deals with any requests have had in the past . They are dealing with any enquiries in a friendly , professional manner . I was helped by Gorge Goodrich he is a letting consultant at the Dexters in Kingston branch. He was efficient and patient with me even when I was running late for the appointments. He listened to what I wanted and showed me properties that suited my needs. Unfortunately due to work commitments we had to move to Guildford, however I was impressed with his service and he gave good advice when needed. Thank you Gorge !

I got a number of agents round to value my home and ended up meeting Natalia. She was very informative and not the usual pushy sales pitch. I was always kept up to date on the sale of my home and the team did a fantastic job securing a buyer within 3 weeks. thank you again.
