He made what could have been a very stressful process a very calm and stress free experience He answered my emails promptly and kept me updated throughout every step of the process. What impressed me most about Melroy was his professionalism and also the fact that if he wasn't 100% sure about the answers to my queries he would speak to an expert and get back to me quickly.
