We had a pleasant experience renting through this agent. The staff was friendly, supportive and professional. As our first time using the letting agent, Samantha explained to me every steps to happen in advance. Most importantly, She paid attention to our special needs and tried her best effort to let the landlord understand it, which helped us to stand out and be appealing to the landlord.
