We were genuinely touched by Joanne’s care, humanness and emotional intelligence from the very first moment we met her (which also happened to be the moment we fell in love with our now home!). She’s so down to earth and relaxed yet clearly deeply experienced, a hard-worker and tuned in to the realities of the property market which can be an emotional rollercoaster at the best of times. Joanne seemed to instinctively know what to say and when to say it (and, crucially, what/when not to say!) during what became quite a nervy and topsy-turvy sale for reasons entirely beyond her control. We’ll never be able to thank her enough, especially for the work she put in during those final weeks to get us over the line.
