Very strong and rapid communication, genuine (rather than perfunctory) engagement throughout the sale process, and always honest in their assessment of market realities and possibilities. We switched from another (inefficient) provider and my regret is that we didn’t go with David & Lund first time round. The staff are courteous, informed and seem to be authentically interested in doing a thorough job for clients. One can’t really ask for more. Worked closely with OPA for some time now. Bought my first investment with them in 2020. Have now completed on my 4th. They are very helpful, everything is explained extremely clearly. You signed in 12 places to show you understand that if you do not complete your fee is non-refundable. To me that is fair enough. Even once I had an issue and I couldn't complete & they gave me a credit note to help me out so I didn't lose my money. So to me you cant get fairer. Their products are unique in the market. I have been investing for 30 years, I have not found investments this good. I get my rent every month. Every transaction OPA, Zara & AJ have been there to help me.

Great agency - I have bought with OPA & also sold with OPA. I found OPA's model of buying and selling very smart. Everything is organised and all information is clear from the outset. I have managed to buy an amazing investment with fantastic rental return. You pay a fee which is reasonable, that secures the property. All the information is provided BEFORE you pay, so its quite clear. You decided if you are comfortable before paying and instructing solicitors. It also means the seller is tied in so he cant mess you about. I like the transparency with OPA. The staff also make everything extremely clear before you proceed. The genuineness of the staff is what prompted me to sell my propetry with OPA as I had great experience when buying. I felt I could trust them & they work in interests of buyer and seller.
