We arrived in the UK in 2016 and used Curchods to find a suitable rental option that met our needs in terms of easy access to Central London and good local schools. Leo at the Kingston lettings office was our introduction to outstanding service and help ever since. He found a house that suited us perfectly and handed us over to Melanie for the management side of things. We met Melanie for the first time six months into the rental for the inspections and were impressed by how efficient and genuinely nice she is. In the last four years, and especially in 2020/2021 with Covid and lockdown Melanie was as quick as always to find options, be it for virtual inspections or arranging socially distanced and safe repairs as we were shielding a family member. Curchods helped me purchase a property on Tudor Drive Kingston. I'd been looking for a house for a year and a half and had two purchases fall through with other agents. By the time I found this house I was living in the Premier Inn (having already sold my previous house) and really needed it to go through! Throughout the process I dealt with Al. I found him helpful, honest, friendly and easy to talk to. On the occasions Al wasn't free to talk to me, I found his colleagues including Joe, Marilyn and Scott extremely helpful and happy to pick up any enquiries for me. Curchods services were always excellent, Leo, Kat and Melanie were great and they once again managed to find us tenants within a very short span of time, they were very honest and very quick in organising the end to end process in lettings/property management, we are very happy to have Curchods as our property lettings/management agency and would recommend them to everyone.

I purchased my new property through Curchods, and they really held my hand from beginning to end. The process, mainly due to the increase in the housing market's stamp duty removal, was rather a long one, but Scott and Alkesh did everything they could to smooth the way.
