Although we weren't in the UK to start renting the property, Leah helped us through emails, video calls frequently. She sent sufficient documents to explain everything to us carefully and patiently. We interviewed several estate agents before appointing Curchods and we definitely made the right decision. They were totally professional from the start, they organised a great selling/marketing strategy, including an interactive video so overseas/remote buyers could view the property, Our Buyer was in Hong Kong) and they were super attentive and responsive during the whole process.
