Scott was excellent in giving a very accurate valuation which resulted in a sensible offer being received within a week. Scott was really easy to do business with and he quickly improved the offer to asking price. I had agents from Teddington wanting to market the property who felt that Hampton Wick was their ‘patch’ but their knowledge of the area and understanding of key selling points was inferior to Scott’s. Scott’s knowledge of the market in Hampton Wick was head and shoulders above the other Kingston/Teddington agents and it resulted in me selling for at least 5% more than the other agents thought I should even market for! I had a really seemless experience renting my new flat in Teddington from Curchods. Leah, the lettings manager and Rebekah, the senior lettings coordinator were brilliantly efficient without being pushy. The apartment was exactly how it was depicted online, which in my experience has not always been the case with rentals. Negotiations and follow up paper work were swift and when I collected the keys on moving day I found a fabulous welcome box packed full of goodies and useful vouchers plus a bottle of rose sitting waiting for me in the flat. It was a lovely touch so thank you.
