Belvoir have been my letting agents for a number of years. They found a suitable tennant for me promptly and set up the tennant's letting terms to my satisfaction. They carry out inspections of the property on my behalf and have reported back to me with any problems needing my attention. Belvoir have tradesmen available, if needed, for the repair or maintenace of the property. I would highly recommend other landlords to use their sevices.
