Thoroughly professional and very helpful staff. Both Alison and Emma facilitated me on every step and guided me through the whole process with a lot of patience as this was my first experience of renting a property outside of my home country. Belvoir is definitely going to be my first preference whenever i decide to rent a house again.

Alison and the team have been extremely professional, but also friendly and helpful to a novice landlord. All the paperwork has been sorted out by Belvoir and despite a few problems with tenants I am confident that Belvoir have found the right tenents for me, and saved me a lot of stress. I was particularly impressed with how quickly the responded to my many email enquiries, and would recommend them to anyone looking to let property without the stress and hassle. Update: following a recent change of tenants l am again very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which Belvoir managed the changeover, with new tenants in place, following some work to the property within a month. Such a relief to know the house is in such safe hands and I can trust Belvoir 100% to take care of all aspects of letting my property Thank you Belvoir!
