All the paperwork has been sorted out by Belvoir and despite a few problems with tenants I am confident that Belvoir have found the right tenents for me, and saved me a lot of stress. I was particularly impressed with how quickly the responded to my many email enquiries, and would recommend them to anyone looking to let property without the stress and hassle. Update: following a recent change of tenants l am again very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which Belvoir managed the changeover, with new tenants in place, following some work to the property within a month. Lady who showed us places was very helpful, drove us around and printed all of the useful information.
