I would like to thank the Hackney and Leigh team in Keswick for such a fantastic all round service. From valuation to completion the whole team was very professional and helpful. From my first meeting with Nic who valued the property, I could tell that he really understood the property market well. His valuation was spot-on and I found that all his advice throughout the sale to be invaluable. After this, most of my dealings were with Simon. The level of service which Simon gave was outstanding. Simon had played an integral part in forging sale of my house. He kept me up to date at every step of the way, always being very polite and supportive. If there were any problems, Simon would deal with it immediately and effectively. Clare had conducted the majority of the viewings. I thought that she was amazing because she was so interested in the background of the house and took the time to research it. This was an added advantage as she could convey these details to the rest of the team as well as the customers. Simon did an amazing job, he supported us throughout the purchase of our first property in the Lakes, down to the last detail - making sure all parties were kept up to date at all stages. But Simon also went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions to make sure all our questions were answered, he arranged a last minute viewing for us, got specialist opinions and did it all with endless patience and good humour.
