I would like to thank the Hackney and Leigh team in Keswick for such a fantastic all round service. From valuation to completion the whole team was very professional and helpful. From my first meeting with Nic who valued the property, I could tell that he really understood the property market well. His valuation was spot-on and I found that all his advice throughout the sale to be invaluable. After this, most of my dealings were with Simon. The level of service which Simon gave was outstanding. Simon had played an integral part in forging sale of my house. He kept me up to date at every step of the way, always being very polite and supportive. If there were any problems, Simon would deal with it immediately and effectively. Clare had conducted the majority of the viewings. I thought that she was amazing because she was so interested in the background of the house and took the time to research it. This was an added advantage as she could convey these details to the rest of the team as well as the customers. Although, I hadn’t seen all the background work which the team had put in, but it was obvious that they were all very experienced, efficient and effective.
